what you need to know before you order

the small print

I accept cancellations prior to your order being dispatched.

 

I don't accept returns or exchanges.  Please see below regarding any damage in transit or missing parcels.

 

I want you to be happy with what you have purchased: if you have any problems using your kit or equipment, please let me know asap and I will do what I can to get things sorted for you.  Please follow the instructions given and any TOP TIPS to get the best from your kit - and enjoy!

 

I hope you will find all the item information needed in my listings.  You are welcome to get in touch before checking out if you would like more info.  In particular, please note the product dimensions to ensure they meet your expections - none of us like receiving something much bigger or smaller than expected!  Where relevant, the materials are listed too.  Please also look at the kit contents and the product images.  There may be different colour options to choose from and colours may vary for some items.  Colours may display differently on different devices. Images may include design ideas, works in progress, finished projects, alternative colourways, multiple items and coordinating accessories - these are for illustration and inspiration and are not included unless listed in the kit contents.

 

Damage in Transit

 

Occassionally things don't go to plan, but I will do my best to sort things out for your as swiftly as possible.  Any damage must be reported within 7 days if you require a refund or replacement.  I do usually receive an image of the delivered item from the courier; if I spot any damage I will attempt to contact you directly to confirm if everything is ok.  To process a return, the courier will require images of the external packaging (including address label) and the contents, to match to their image(s) and records.  Please send this to me when you report the problem, thank you.  I will do my best to resolve things for you asap, including how to return any affected items.

 

Missing delivery

 

If your delivery does not arrive within 7 working days (or 4 days on an express service) please let me know. I will investigate with the courier and agree the best solution with you.

Thank you for your understanding.  As a busy mum running a small business, regretfully I don't have the financial margins to absorb returns.  My kits are assembled to order, and the re-stock time on all items (arranging returns, quality checking and repacking) is simply not viable.  I strive to keep my prices fair to all and don't include hidden costs for services that are rarely if ever required.  I love to provide a personnal service and if you have any questions about the suitability of any kits or items I offer, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me before placing your order.  I will be very happy to help you select the items best suited to your needs or those of your gift recipient, or if I don't think I can provide a match I will let you know.
